ON CALL: - We execute your calls ASAP.
- Our fees is less 20% from the current market prices.
SUPPORT CONTRACT: - Response time is 24 hours max. For general request & 5 hours for system failure.
- Perform one periodic visit & one ON CALL visit monthly.
- Payment Conditions: on 2 terms each paid at the start of each period.
- 10% Discount in spare parts.
- 5 % Discount for purchased items during the contract.
